Clearance is already pretty tight with the standard belts. You can get gilmer pulleys for cars with power steering, but they essentially have a v-belt groove at the back of the cog pulley to accommodate the PS belt. I don't think you can use these on an A/C car though. 70 Mach 1 - 351w/T-56 and 70 SportsRoof - 302/C4.. Yeah - gilmers suck - the high rpm of rotors actually eats away at them because of the teeth - the belt actually eats into the alloy wheels developing grooves. thats why most high performance street/race rotors run twin pulley systems with smooth v-belts.
